By accessing or using the simplefy.ai AI Governance Framework Generator (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. [REVIEW]

The Platform is a web application that facilitates the creation of tailored AI governance frameworks for organisations. It is operated by simplefy.ai Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed). [REVIEW]

3. User Accounts

Access to the Platform requires an account. Client accounts are created by invitation only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. [REVIEW]

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with the Platform's operation, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose. [REVIEW]

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, and content, is the property of simplefy.ai Pty Ltd. Governance framework outputs generated for your organisation are licensed for your organisation's internal use. [REVIEW]

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. simplefy.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Governance framework outputs are advisory and should be reviewed by qualified professionals. [REVIEW]

7. Termination

simplefy.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform. [REVIEW]

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. [REVIEW]
